We’re gearing up for another amazing season at CBK Adventures in 2025, and we’re expanding our fantastic team! If you’re passionate about adventure, love the water, and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you.

Positions Available:

• Seasonal Kayak/Stand-Up Paddleboard/Coasteering Guides

• Store/Hire Assistants

Guides:

Based primarily at Cullercoats Bay, you’ll lead exciting water-based activities in a sheltered environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Paddlesports Leader qualification (or equivalent)

• 8+ hrs first aid, enhanced DBS, safeguarding

• Evening/weekend availability

• Coasteering experience/training preferred (not essential)

• Seasonal availability: April 2025 onward

Store Staff:

Work from our bustling hub at Cullercoats, assisting with equipment hire and providing top-notch customer service.

Requirements:

• Interest in water-based activities

• Comfort with large groups and attention to detail

• 8+ hrs first aid

• Evening/weekend availability
